Return Policy

At this time we do not offer refunds of any kinds. We will however work with you and give studio credit when/if your situation calls for it. It never hurts to reach out and talk to us if you have an issue. We are more that happy to help to accomodate your needs.

No Show/Late Cancel Policy

We kindly ask that if you are unable to make it to your scheduled class that you please cancel at least 2 hours before class starts so that others have an opportunity to join the class in your place. Per our studio policy you will be charged a $10 fee for any no shows or if you cancel less than 2 hours before class starts.

Make Up Policy

If you sign up for one of our 12 week course and need to miss a class you can make that class up. Please be sure to cancel the class that you are unable to attend at least 2 hours before class starts in order to avoid a fee and receive your make up. Your will need to contact Aerial Space via email, text, or dm to request a make up be added to your account! Make ups can only be made during the course that you missed your class in.

Open Gym Policy

Open gym is self led and Aerial Space does not provide instruction. One of our teachers will be present to facilitate and ensure safety of all of our students. In order to attend open gym you must have taken at least one class at our studio or have previous experience at another studio. Open gym is a time for our students to review skills that they have learned in class, or practice skills that they have been taught by an experienced instructor. Only the most advance aerialists with permission will be allowed to train new skills either from their own experimentation or videos. We absolutely do not allow fellow students to teach each other skills. However , reviewing skills together or helping each other remember skills and sequences is strongly encouraged!
