Signing up for one of our semester classes means you will attend the same day & time every week for 12 weeks!

Beginning Silks & Sling
In our beginning level class we will start to build on the foundation that you have learned in your introductory classes. We will progress into a wider variety of skills and postures as well as some sequencing and strength training. Beginning level classes will also include drills and progressions to help you achieve a more intermediate level skill set!
*Prerequisites: It is required for a new student to take at least 3 Intro to Aerial classes before entering a beginning level class.

Intermediate Silks & Sling
You have made it to an Intermediate level! Congratulations! If you were expecting us to take it easy on you that time has passed. In our Intermediate offerings we will continue to build your repertoire of skills and drills along with more complex sequencing, wraps, and drops.
*Prerequisites: You must have permission from one of our 6 certified aerial instructors to move into this class. We suggest a minimum of 10 beginning aerial classes, being able to invert off the ground and to be able to climb the length of the silks at least 2 times without touching the floor.

Beginning Aerial Lyra Level 1 (Hoop)
In this beginner level class you will learn the basics and more of the Aerial Lyra apparatus. Your instructor will lead you through basic poses and postures as well as progressing into some sequencing. This steel hoop is a challenge that is begging to be conquered. Once achieved you will feel like an aerial badass!
Prerequisites: Ages 14- Adult

Beginning Aerial Lyra Level 2 (Hoop)
In our Beginning Aerial Lyra LVL 2 course we will continue to build your repertoire of skills and drills along with more complex sequencing, and skills. This course will build upon what you learned in your beginning course and continue to progress into a more adanced level.
*Prerequisites: You must have permission from one of our certified aerial instructors to move into this class. We suggest a minimum of 1 semester of beginning aerial lyra course.

12 Week Youth Semester
Signing up for one of our semester classes means you will attend the same day and time for 12 weeks!

Youth Aerial Level 1
In this course your child will explore the world of Aerial Arts through expressive movement in multiple aerial apparatus! Including Aerial Sling, Lyra, Dance Trapeze & Silk. Each week we will continue to progress towards more complex skills in order to level up!
No experience required!
Ages 7-13 -
Youth Aerial Level 1.5
In this course your child will continue to build off of the skills gained in their level 1 course. Each week we will continue to progress towards more complex skills in order to level up!
Prerequisite: Must have attended at least 1 Youth Aerial Level 1 course & have instructor approval.
Ages 7-13 -
Youth Aerial Level 2
Our Level 2 class is for experienced students who have completed at least 4 months of aerial training and has instructor approval to join! Your instructor will continue to broaden your knowledge of apparatus while building strength in your mind and body!
Ages 9-15

Youth Aerial Silks Level 1
In this course your child will learn the foundational skills needed to master the Aerial Silk. This single apparatus class will deep dive into technique and skill building. At the end of our 12 week semester you will see a huge improvement in body awareness as well as a basic understanding of sequencing!

Intro To Aerial
Intro to Aerial is where you will start your journey! In this introductory level class you will learn the basic technique and verbiage of an aerial silk and sling. We will work on learning a strong foundation of skill and start building your aerial muscles! All first time students are required to take an Intro to Aerial class before moving on to any beginning level group aerial classes.
Ages 7-Adult

Open Gym
Open Gym is non-structured training time to practice the skills you are learning in your regular semester classes. There will be a certified instructor available for questions and for safety!
Prerequisites: Must have taken at least one silk, sling, or lyra class.
Ages 7-Adult
